Please note that visable damage caused by attaching cleats or otherwise scratching the sole will invalidate your refund as we will not be able to resell the product. Additionally, free gifts received with shoes (socks, water bottle) must be returned with the original purchase. 

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a subsidised returns or shipping service outside of the UK. 

What items are returnable?

  • Accessories cannot be exchanged or returned, unless there is a product fault
  • Your goods must be returned in their original, unworn condition and packaging within 60 days from the date of receipt to be considered for exchange or return.
  • If the returned goods show any signs of wear, damage or are otherwise unsanitary, Parkway Sports Ltd T/A QUOC. has the right to refuse an exchange or refund.
  • If the customer would like Parkway Sports Ltd T/A QUOC. to send back the refused product(s), the product(s) will be sent back to the customer “as-is” and the customer will have to pay for the shipping cost.


Are there any charges for return?


  • We offer free returns for orders of £100 or more if you are based in the United Kingdom via a return label which will be issued by email through our online returns portal.


  • Please send your shoes back using your preferred method in accordance with the instructions on our online returns portal. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a subsidised returns or shipping service outside of the UK. 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days


  • We are currently unable to process exchanges. Please send back your unwanted items for a refund, and place a new order for the correct products.
