For Kickstarter orders, since our offer price is heavily discounted, we are not able to provide free return labels following our standard policy. For returns, backers will be responsible for the return postage. For exchanges, backers will be responsible for the return postage and the postage shipping out the exchange items (£10 for the UK and continental USA / £15 for all other countries). For orders over $140, we offer free returns or exchanges. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to create a return request.
If your order value is less than $140, you may purchase a subsidised flat rate shipping label to cover the return or exchange.
We offer free returns or exchanges for orders of £100 or more. Please email email@example.com to create a return request.
If your order value is less than £100, we will credit your return postage up to a maximum of £10 (please send a photo of the package receipt to the above email address). Payment will be returned via Paypal. If you cannot accept Paypal, we will raise a credit note for use against a future order at Quoc.cc.
Rest of World
Please send your shoes back using your preferred method. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a subisdised returns or shipping service outside of the US and the UK.
Accessories cannot be exchanged or returned, unless there is a product fault.
Making a Return Request
To make a return or exchange request, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and our customer support team will assist you.
You may exchange or refund your purchase with a valid proof of purchase within the time limits set out below. Your goods must be returned in their original, unworn condition and packaging within 90 days from the date of receipt to be considered for exchange or return.
If the returned goods show any signs of wear, damage or are otherwise unsanitary, Quoc Pham Ltd. has the right to refuse an exchange or refund. If the customer would like Quoc Pham Ltd. to send back the refused product(s), the product(s) will be sent back to the customer “as-is” and the customer will have to pay for the shipping cost.
Once we receive and check the returned goods, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued based on the original method of payment and at the original selling price. Refunds will not include the cost of delivery (if any). We will email you to confirm we have received and accepted the returned goods. The refund will appear in your bank account in approximately one to two weeks after you receive our email. If there are any issues or the returned goods do not meet our return policy, we will email you.
Outlet Item Refunds
Products bought from the Outlet section items can only be exchanged or returned for store credit towards a future purchase.
