Refund policy
We at Quoc Pham stand behind our product and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please refer to the following:
We will happily offer an exchange or refund with valid proof of purchase through a valid receipt.
Your goods must be returned in original, unworn condition and packaging.
For UK customers: Goods must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase.
For European & Worldwide customers: Goods must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase.
When exchanging or returning an item, customers are advised to return goods in the original packaging.
If the outsole shows that the shoes have been worn, (apart from an initial try on), or if they smell or are otherwise unsanitary, Quoc Pham Ltd. has the right to refuse any exchanges/refunds and the goods will be return to you “as-is”.
For smooth returns, we advise you to mark clearly on the outside of your package as:
- RETURNED GOODS – FAILED SALE on your specific custom information document.
- Please note Quoc Pham is not responsible for any return import cost.
- We also recommend the package must have a tracking number to prevent loss during transit. We cannot consider any product lost in transit without a validated tracking number.
Refunds will be issued by the original method of payment and at the original selling price. Refunds will not include the cost of delivery (if any).
Also note that customers will be charged shipping for exchanged items.
RETURNING GOODS ON WHICH DUTY HAS BEEN PAID
If you have paid duty for the order you received and you are returning it to us, you should be able to claim a refund of duties from your local customs authority. Please contact your local customs authority to find out how and for all other queries. To ensure there is no further duty to pay, please mark your return parcel, 'RETURNED GOODS-FAILED SALE'.
This does not affect your statutory rights. We thank you for shopping with us.
