Where appropriate, references to “we”, “us” and “our” in these terms of use shall include Quoc Pham Ltd, other members of our group of companies and third parties connected to us, including without limitation directors, officers, employees, partners, shareholders and agents of the foregoing.

Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to suspend, withdraw or amend the content or service we provide or advertise on our site (in whole or in part) without notice and without the need to give a reason. We do not guarantee that our site, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted.     Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

However, if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.

    If you are a business, these terms of use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. We both agree that the English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to our site, although we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these terms in your country of residence or any other country.
