For the best fit, start by consulting our international sizing chart and comparing your measurements to your current cycling shoes. However, we always recommend measuring your foot according to our guide for the most accurate results.
Measure Your Foot
01
Preparation
Stand on a hard, flat surface like a tiled or hardwood floor. Line a sheet of paper on the floor, with the edge against a wall. Wear your most frequently-worn cycling socks.
02
Standing
Stand flat-footed on the paper, with your heel pressed firmly against the wall. Ensure your weight is evenly distributed.
03
Marking
Carefully mark the tip of your longest toe on the paper.
04
Measuring
Use a ruler or measuring tape to measure the straight-line distance between the toe mark and the edge of the paper (where your heel was).
05
Repeat
Repeat the process for your other foot. If left and right measurements are different, use the larger number when referring to the size chart.
06
Add 5mm
Add 5mm to account for the gap between your largest toe and the front of the shoe.

TOP TIPS
If you're a half size, size up for optimal comfort.
QUOC gravel shoes tend to run a half size smaller, if you're in between - we recommend to size up.
If you have wider or narrower feet, our lace-up models offer more adjustability to accommodate your fit.
