“Somewhere between effort and stillness, the world softens to a Haze.”
Golden Hour is that suspended moment, bottled. A fragrance for the hour after the ride when the effort ends and the rhythm lingers. The energy of a life lived outdoors.

The Collaboration
Quoc Pham and Ted Rohn met nearly twenty years ago in the same fringe of cycling. Ted had founded the Tweed Run, a celebration of a nostalgic era of vintage bikes, tweed and brogues. QUOC was founded in the same year, initially crafting classical leather shoes adapted for the road.
Years on, their parallel paths crossed again. QUOC had transformed into a brand known for contemporary performance footwear; Ted was now building Raer, a natural perfume house shaped by Bauhaus clarity. The collaboration was born from a shared instinct to make things slowly, with intention, shaped by where they come from. Golden Hour is Ted’s translation of the Haze Collection, and of the East–West heritage both founders share.
The Scent
QUOC x Raer evokes the last gold hour of a long ride. With Vietnamese Holy Basil taking center stage, the scent is enriched with Eastern botanicals and Western florals, dissolving into one another like landscapes from a moving bike. Rich, warm and distinctively unisex.
A Global Story
Haze is QUOC’s ode to the world around the ride — the light, the air, the places, the people you share the road with. So it made perfect sense when our global riders became part of the story.

A World Beyond Footwear
Driven by a lifelong love of the outdoors, QUOC has always been about curating more than product, but more of a way of life. Golden Hour is the first time that’s taken a form beyond footwear: an elevated fragrance for people who ride.
A Raer Production
Quoc was struck the moment he stepped into Raer’s Mitte atelier, a place where old-world perfumery meets modern independent spirit. Botanically bold, textured, and infused slowly over months with a distinct absence of synthetics. Each bottle lid is its own work of art, handmade by Maria Volokhova from bisque porcelain.
