At QUOC, we stand by the quality of our products. If a defect occurs due to a manufacturing fault, we will replace your shoes or parts free of charge. Our warranty conforms to region specific consumer rights laws covering any manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
What’s Covered?
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
- Component failure under normal use (such as dials or heel pads).
What’s Not Covered?
Unfortunately, the following types of damage are not covered under our warranty:
- Damage caused by crashes, accidents, or cycling incidents.
- General wear and tear resulting from regular use.
- Damage due to improper care, neglect, or modifications.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you experience an issue with your shoes and need to make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

Provide the Following Information:
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or original order ID (if available).
- Photos: Clear images of the damaged area and the shoe label.
- Batch number : Found in the tongue of the shoe.
- Shipping Address: Your complete address for dispatching replacements.
- Contact Information: Your email and phone number.
- EU Size of the Shoes: To ensure an accurate replacement.
Evaluation and Response: Once we receive this information, we will assess your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide a personalised plan to resolve the issue.
All warranty replacements are dispatched free of charge via the quickest available delivery option, and you will receive tracking information directly in your email.
No Repair Service Available (But We Can Help!)
While we don’t currently offer a repair service, we can recommend suitable self-repair solutions to extend the lifespan of your shoes. Send us detailed images of the damage, and we’ll provide you with helpful guidance and product recommendations.
Warranty Timeframe & Conditions
- Claims must be submitted within 12 months of the original purchase date.
- Proof of purchase is required to validate all claims.
- Items returned without proper documentation may result in delays or rejection of the claim.
