Do I have to pay tax or import fees?
All orders are dispatched out of the United Kingdom and all international prices are shown UK VAT free. Please see import duties disclaimer below:
Import duties disclaimer
With all shipments outside of the UK, the price you pay to Quoc will not include any relevant import customs duties, import VAT or any other import levies applicable. As the buyer, you will be required to pay these duties, taxes and levies, upon arrival of your parcel at its place of destination, in order to have your order released from Customs. As we are unable to advise you on the exact cost for the taxes and duties, we recommend contacting your local Customs office or tax authority before proceeding with your order. Finally, please note that, in occasional cases, your parcel may be delayed by Customs and subsequent charges may be applied. Please be aware, if the customer chooses to refuse the shipment due to local import duty & tax, the parcel will automatically be returned to Quoc. In this case, Quoc reserves the right to charge the customer a £25 administration fee.

Will Quoc ever introduce a women's line?
Our shoes are uni-sex, so both male and female cyclists can wear our shoes in comfort and style.
Does Quoc operate a physical store?
Not at this time, but you can purchase here via our online store, and through our distributors.
How do the Quoc shoe models differ from each other?

The shoes I want are sold out. When will I know when they are available?
We do our best to have stock available at all times but sometimes demand outstrips supply. Please feel free to join our mailing list to receive information on new products and stock availability. We also make announcements on our social media pages via Facebook and Instagram.
How does Quoc sizing compare with standard sizing?

If my size is not offered, can I order a custom made shoe?
Due to mould restrictions, currently Quoc is unable to offer custom sizes.
Will QUOC ever offer smaller or bigger sizes?
We have begun to offer smaller sizes for some select models to better cater for female cyclists. Larger sizes though, are not in our future plans.

Can I exchange my shoes?
We are currently unable to process exchanges. Please send back your unwanted items for a refund, and place a new order for the correct product. Contact our support team at info@quoc.cc for return shipping options.
