When we design our shoes we want to provide the most inclusive fit we can. However, everyone's feet are different so inevitably some people might find it difficult to find the perfect fit. How To Return Your Order

United Kingdom

We want you to be 100% happy with your shopping experience and will provide a FREE refund on all items returned within the UK (except accessories). Please return your item(s) unused and in original condition, as you received it, within 60-days from the date of purchase. Returns can take 8-10 days to process. 

UK Returns Procedure:

  • Before you start your return, please read our return conditions below to check you are eligible for a return. For example, you cannot return shoes which have had cleats attached.

  • Go to our UK Returns Portal.

  • Enter your four-digit order number (contained within your confirmation email) and the email address you made the order with.

  • Choose the items you would like to return and select the reason for your return.

  • Enter the email to which you would like to receive your return slip. You will shortly receive an email either confirming or rejecting your return. If your return is accepted, you will receive a return label in a separate email.

  • Pack your return. We recommend using a shipping bag and wrapping the items tightly to avoid increased shipping costs or damage during shipment. Attach the returns label securely to the outside of the package.

  • Return items at any listed Collect+ Drop Point, conveniently positioned at 7,000 local corner shops, shopping centres and petrol stations. Most Drop Points are open 7 days a week with flexible hours.

     

     

    Everywhere Else

    For international customers who placed their orders before the 30th June 2022, please send an email to info@quoc.cc to have your return processed. All orders on or after the 30th June 2022, please follow the instructions below.

    We accept returns within 60-days from all regions. While Rest of World customers are required to cover the costs of shipping back to our UK warehouse, we do offer subsidised return shipping through our international returns portal using reputable shipping couriers. Alternatively, customers can ship via their own choice of courier. Please use the step-by-step instructions below for ALL international returns regardless of the courier you are using.

    International Returns Procedure:

    • Before you start your return, please read our return conditions below to check you are eligible for a return. For example, you cannot return shoes which have had cleats attached.

    • Go to our International Returns Portal.

    • Enter your order number beginning with ‘GE’ (contained within your confirmation email) and the email address you made the order with.

    • Choose the items you would like to return and select the reason for return

    • Choose the method of return. You can select from a number of options including via one of our subsidised, reputable couriers.

    • A returns label will be created. Please print this label

    • Pack your return. We recommend using a shipping bag and wrapping the items tightly to avoid increased shipping costs or damage during shipment. Attach the returns label securely to the outside of the package. 

    • Ship the package according to the instructions of the shipping courier you have chosen.

       

       

      Returns conditions for all regions

      • All Item(s) will be inspected upon return.

      • Item(s) can be tried on for sizing but not worn for activity.

      • Item(s) must be returned with all original packaging intact and with tags attached. Item(s) returned with incomplete or damaged packaging or missing or unattached tags may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.

      • In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in a damaged or otherwise unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you, and your refund may be refused.

      • Item(s) returned as unused/unworn, that have clearly been worn and/or have had cleats attached will be refused.

      • Item(s) returned without a returns form fully completed could delay the process of your return.

      • Accessories are not eligible for return.

      • Orders which have been purchased with a free gift (socks, water bottles) must be returned with the original purchase.

      • Do not apply the returns label to the original shoe box packaging. Please use an additional box or parcel bag to package the item rather than applying the label directly to the item's packaging.

      • We reserve the right to refuse this free service on a case-by-case basis.

      • Please retain your proof of postage.

      • If you opt to pay for a delivery service outside of our free or recommended providers, we will not be able to refund the delivery cost unless the item is faulty or the incorrect item has been sent to you.

      • We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Please send back your unwanted items to receive a refund, and place a new order for the correct item(s).
